Arian Wellbeing

Arian Wellbeing was founded by A&E doctor Dr Arian after recognising gaps in mental health support through both his clinical work and personal experience with trauma. Established in 2023, it provides culturally competent, trauma-informed care to underserved communities while supporting the resilience of frontline teams, working in partnership with organisations including the NHS, local authorities, and leading universities.

Working as an A&E doctor, Dr Arian began noticing the impact of the UK’s mental health crisis not just on his patients, but on the emergency and public sector staff working with them.

His own lived experience with trauma and PTSD, combined with clinical expertise, made the gaps in support clear to him.

To address this, he built on existing links with psychologists and expert physical trainers to create Arian Wellbeing in 2023. Arian Wellbeing provides a model of care that is both culturally competent and trauma-informed, supporting those who are too often overlooked by traditional systems. In addition, the Arian Wellbeing offer was developed to support and increase resilience among the teams working with these communities.

Working in partnership with government, healthcare organisations and academic organisations including both Cambridge and Oxford Universities, Arian Wellbeing quickly established itself as a trusted partner to NHS trusts, local councils and charities, delivering care to vulnerable communities across the UK and providing essential wellbeing support to the teams who support them.
